Directly after my post off the Mine’s R35, I got pointed in the direction of another R35 that has been delivered to another famous tuner in Japan. In the photo you see the workshop of Top Secret. This can only mean one thing….
Can’t wait to see this thing in gold, and knowing ‘Smokey’ Nagata he will go all out with this car.
Yes, already there is a tuner who has their fingers on the new R35 GTR. Mine’s is the first that has raced the R35 on Tsukuba. They ran a time of 1:03:1 minutes. That was in a standard one so that is very quick. They are already developing parts for the R35. Can’t wait to see what the car will do when Mine’s do their magic on the car.
 The guy in the red jacket is Mr Niikura San. He is the president of Mine’s.

The company of Ben Schaffer imports only the best products that Japan has to offer. So no knock offs or cheap imitations. For the Sema show in Las Vegas they build one of the baddest S2000 around. The car rocks a custom widebody kit with parts from Amuse, Top Secret and Tracy Sports. The complete package looks like it rolled of a secret plant that Honda has in the Hills of Nagoya.
But its not just the looks that kill. Under the hood it rocks a Vortech Supercharger and alot of parts delivered by Tracy Sports. The car rolls on Ings+1 rims with Toyo R1-R tires

Dino Dalle Carbonare is car journalist who works in Japan. For Autoweek he drove the new R35 GTR from Nissan. Dino is a frequent poster on the GTR register forum (gtr.co.uk). It is nice to see he shares a lot of the information he gathers in the land of the rising sun.
