New muffler design for the R35 GT-R

MCR and ARC have started together to develop a new muffler for the R35 GT-R. ARC is best known for there cooling products. But they also produce  mufflers and downpipes from Titanium. No pictures from the finished article yet. But it will definitly be ready for the Tokyo Auto Salon 2008.

Sunline Wideboy Carbon R34 GT-R

This car belongs to a good friend who lives in Japan. The car used to be white but after some discussion with the owner of Sunline Racing they both decided it was time for something different. So after alot of money and debating the car looked like the one in the pictures. Truly amazing.

The car was presented during the 2006 Tokyo Auto Salon. The only thing missing at that time was a engine that was up to the task. Sunline is now working on a brand new RB engine. The block will be upgraded to a 2.8 liter with a HKS crank, pistons and conrods. Together with a big single turbo and a Nismo surge tank this car will be a force to be reckoned with on the track.

When the engine is ready, you will see the finished product as soon as possible.

Carview.jp races the R35 GT-R on track

 Here is a nice video I found on the net. Carview tests the R35 on the track with a Japanese reporter. Although it is in Japanese you can see some nice shots of the car on the circuit.

I’m still amazed at how little bodyroll the car has in thight corners.
