Black Lexus IS250

This IS250 proofs that a good wheel setup makes all the difference. The wheels are a set of Volk Racing TE-37 with a magnesium blue finish. To enhance the exterior even further the owner ripped through the INGS+1 catalog and ordered a front lip, sideskirts, rear apron and rear spoiler.

Amuse breaks the one minute barrier

One the 28th of February Amuse organised another Time Attack event on the Tsukuba Circuit. This time they managed to break the one minute barrier with a time 0:59.916. Not as quick as the Mine’s R35 but both of the cars are at the top of the leader board and the rest can only follow. Hope to see some other tuners in the nearby future tearing up the track at Tsukuba.

The Amuse R35 has some new additions to the car in the form of 2 new front canards. Interesting about this is that the R35 has run the record lap without these canards.

EDC round 1 at Donnington Park

This year there is alot going on in Europe when we talk about drifting. One of those things is the European Drifting Championship that will kick off on 5th and 6th of April this year. The first round will be held during the International Styling and Tuning show at Donnington Park, Derby UK.

EDC will host the best drifters that Europe has on offer. Alot of cars are being build while I’m typing this to participate in this event. I will be there to make a small feature on some of the cars that will be present.

   

ASM kicking it up a notch

Here is proof that Time Attack is no joke but a matter of perfect design and awesome engineering. I just love this, and want to say to everybody this is why you can’t buy knockoffs. This is the real deal and this is why it’s expensive. But maybe even more important this is also why these aero parts work.

ASM had access to the wind tunnel at the Mie university in Japan and they tested their aero parts on their record breaking Time Attack S2000.

  

Blitz colour schemes for 2008

Blitz has revealed some nice shots of their cars that they will be running in the Japanese Drag series and the D1 Street Legal series this year. It was a bit quit around Blitz last year but it looks like they are going to make up for that with thes hardcore machines.
