Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don’t. I guess it was my time to get lucky.
As I was driving my Skyline, suddenly my Blitz R-vit II system began to beep and was flashing red. Luckily I wasn’t driving fast and I could get the car quickly on the side of the road. The R-vit pointed out that the watertempature was above 100 degrees celcius. Not a good thing, I phoned some friends and some were able to assist me in my search of the problem and some even came to where I was stranded. Thanks Mike and Iele.
After some searching we came to the conclusion that this was the problem.
This drives the dynamo, radiatorfan and the waterpump. So tomorrow it’s back to the garage and fix this. When it wasn’t for the R-vit II I probably would have noticed the water tempature too late and, well I don’t want to think about that…
