During some of my late night browsing I came across these pictures of the Tuning Powers Show 2008 in Japan. It features the well know matte black Porsche built by Rauh Welt and a few Skylines build by Garage Saurus. One of them is the carbonized R32, you can also see the entire engine bay.

Every year there’s always one weekend marked with a big red pen, this year it will be the 5th till the 7th of September. Gatebill is the biggest show organiser in the northern countries in Europe, (Sweden and Norway)Every year people will travel to the circuit of Rudskogen to participate in one of the biggest event in Europe, Gatebill.
This is the circuit of Rudskogen, you can race the track with your own car, witness drifters from all around the world and watch cars with the biggest horsepower number known to man 🙂 The most interesting part of the visit to Gatebill will be the camping where there will be music and nice looking girls giving shows for the visitors.

This car is made for the 2008 drift season in Europe by Martin Ffrench. It’s a Nissan S14.5 which means that the base car is a S14 and the front comes from a S15. The car runs a SR20 with 435bhp @ 14psi courtesy of a Greddy TD06-20G Turbo.

Bee*R has released their new design for the 2008 D1GP season.
2008 marks the return of GT-R to racing, following the transition from the R34 model to the Z five years ago. Continuing from last year, Mr. Kunihiko Kakimoto will be the General Manager for all Nissan related teams, and the Nismo Team Manager will be Mr. Yoshitaka Iijima.
Nismo will give technical support and car development support to teams entering the Nissan GT-R in SUPER GT. As a part of the Nissan team group, Nismo, Hasemi Motorsport, Team IMPUL, and Kondo Racing will enter the GT500 class with a total of five Nissan GT-Rs.

So we will see 5 GT-R’s in the GT500 class.
