Midori R35 Parts

According to Ben from GTC-R Midori is working hard to get their R35 parts on the market. They have been busy with a new suspension system and a programmable ECU.

The Midori R35 in the pitbox at Fuji Speedway where Yasushi Kikuti would test the new suspension.

Here you see Yasushi, during the day he would record a time 1:54.581. Midori also knows that alot of R35 owners wont go near a track in the car. Therefor he also tested the suspension on the public highway in Hakone.

The¬†Suspension is looking good ūüėČ It’s a 3way adjustable one (bound, rebound and height). The ECU is still in a testing fase but I expect some good things from it. It is said that it will remove the speed limiter and increase the rev limit and boost.

G Saurus updates their Ferrari

Garage Saurus has been busy the last few days updating their Ferrari. After their last test runs on Fuji and Suzuka they have decided on a new suspension system. The brand of choice is Quantum, in my book these are one of the best out there besides √Ėhlins and Esta. Quantam also delivers the schoks for the Epson NSx that runs in the SuperGT.

A set of these springs for your Ferrari 550 Maranello will set you back $4800 or 3000 euro.

The set even looks expensive, how a man could wish he had something like this on his car.

2

This ride height gets my approval, nice AP racing pots behind the black rims

3

Still a force to be reckoned with, it’s cool to see that Garage Saurus doesn’t cut corners in this build

MCR tests new R35 parts

MCR has been busy testing their new parts for the R35 GT-R, the test consists of dialing in the new suspension from Endless and the new exhaust system build by ARC. The test are conducted on the Fuji Speedway. I find one detail interesting, because they are running on the standard R35 rims and not the Enkei GTC1 Evolution. Why is that I wonder, I guess it has something to do with the tires.

The time that MCR made on Fuji was 1:54.902 that’s 2 seconds slower than the Mine’s R35. Maybe that’s because Mine’s uses a proffesional race driver and the founder of MCR drives the car itself.

The white ‘350Z’ in the foreground is special Nismo¬†380Z RS owned by the founder of MCR Kobayashi San. The car has a set of Enkei GTC01 rims.

Here you can see the new exhaust part that ARC designed this is a straight bolt on part made out of titanium. This system should give the R35 some more horsepower. We already saw that Mine’s extracted a few extra horsepower with only replacing the exhaust.

Bride has found its way into the R35

After all the Recaro’s that found it’s way into the R35, Bride has also found it’s place in the R35. Garage Defend were the first that fitted these Bride seats in the R35 and I think they look good.

Garage Defend are also working on a new suspension for the car, so we will have to wait for more info about that.

MCR and their brake setup

This brake setup by Endless looks like it will stop you no matter what. The new suspension lowers the car by 20mm. They will test this setup on the Fuji Speedway.

Not sure but the brakedisc looks like it is made from carbon
